Estimates & pricing
Are estimates free?
Yes. Estimates are free and come with an on-site visit, so we can see the property and give you an accurate price.
How much does landscaping maintenance cost?
It depends on the size of the property, the services you want and how often we visit. After the free on-site visit we give you a clear price before any work starts.
Is there a minimum job size?
No. We take on jobs of every size, from a single cleanup to full weekly estate care.
Scheduling & agreements
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. We offer seasonal and annual maintenance agreements, as well as one-time jobs.
How often will you visit?
Most garden and lawn clients choose weekly or biweekly visits. We will recommend a schedule that suits your property.
What are your hours?
We work Monday–Saturday, 8am–5pm.
Services
What services do you offer?
Estate and garden care, lawn mowing, spring and fall cleanups, mulching, weeding and edging, pruning and hedge trimming, new plantings, sod and seeding, snow removal, and commercial property maintenance.
Do you do tree removal or masonry?
No. We don’t offer tree removal or masonry work.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. We care for residential and commercial properties of any type.
Do you offer snow removal to new customers?
Yes. Plowing, shoveling, salting and sanding are available to new and existing customers, for residential driveways and commercial lots.
About us
Where are you located, and how far do you travel?
We are based in New Milford, CT and travel to client properties up to about an hour and a half away, including Kent, Sherman, Roxbury, Southbury, Washington, New Preston, Litchfield, Warren and West Cornwall.
Are you insured?
Yes. Magnolia New Garden LLC carries general liability insurance.
Can you look after my property if I’m not there?
Yes. Most of our clients are second-home owners. We keep the property on a regular schedule and stay in touch by text or email.
